Facebook woes [22/32]

Ugh, I've just about had it with Facebook.

Ironic as today was a day that I helped out on a workshop on how to do it for business.

Saw a plethora of businesses today (not at the workshop though) who masquerade as a profile, add it just irked me.

Then the app is just annoying me... A lot! It's not my phone...
Speaking of my phone, I finally couldn't take it anymore and wanted on the phone about how terrible the reception had been lately. Of course they kept saying they're working on it, but that's about it ... Well I did get a 25% off until they are supposed to be done, which is October.

That's right, they said to essentially grin and beer it until October. Horrific. It's been two years and they still haven't done one ounce if improvement... If anything they've gone backward.

So, yeah, Facebook sucks... My cell provider sucks...
And I haven't been able to bike this week yet (will probably not be able to bike tomorrow, and can't on Friday, so the whole week is a write off).

well that just sucks [14/21]

It's going to rain for the next 3 days... there goes my ratio.

On the plus side, had a great event on the weekend... 2 actually:

 1. our 18th Annual Business Awards: www.tbchamber.ca/awards
 2. Folklore Festival performance: even got to be interviewed by Shaw to talk about our upcoming centennial... AND it was Finlay's first performance with the band. He was really anxious!

Yay, first day biking [1/1]

I had been meaning to bike for almost a month now. A few weeks back it was utterly GORGEOUS! Should have started back then, but my bike wasn't in road condition quite yet...

then it snowed... a lot

So I waited, and bided my time. I meant to all this week, but several things at work kept me bopping back and forth across town, so no biking then.

At least I took the time to make sure there was air in the tires.

Then there was today... I was a little slow getting out the door when I wanted to, so I was a bit rushed. And I never really 'acclimatized' myself ... but I did it. I'm biking now.

My hope is to maintain at least a 75% average. I'm debating about posting my weight on here as well, just to see if there's any correlation (didn't find any last year).

So far, 1 out of 1

Last day eve of Movember [110/152]

Pretty much last time I biked was last Friday. le sigh

anyways, so tomorrow is the last day of movember. Which it will be good to shave as I have endured some ridicule.

All through it I have kept saying I'm doing it for a cause, and it was good that this year I've ended up raising more than I had in previous years (well previous year).
Not sure I'll miss the mustache... I wish I could grow it better. Have a real moustache (see the difference? )

not liking how this wasn't rotated... grrr

Gotta keep up the ratio

... don't I?

Been 2 weeks now with my biking to Worksop for the track record is slightly better than half.

First week I couldn't because of snow and rain on the Monday. And then for some reason I couldn't on the Friday (can't remember why right now though).

Second week was only a four day week, and I couldn't bike on Wednesday because of the After Business.

So that makes it 6/9. 66% My goal is to stay above half, and maybe if I could get to 75%.

Reason I was thinking about this as it snowed again this morning, which should throw off my ability to bike tomorrow, but it looks as though it is warming up (there was sun when I started to write this, but raining now). Anyhow, I am hoping that the weather will play a role in whether I bike this season, but hopefully a small role.
