Don't know if this is meant to be, but today is both World Health Day and National Beer Day (US).
It's also International Beaver Day.
So have a healthy tree beer!

A fun day today - almost as much as bagpipe day - it's Tartan Day.
Enjoy wearing some tartan with a great snack - the caramel popcorn. It's the US's National Caramel Popcorn Day.
There's been a lot of 'emergency' talk lately... for the past few years really.
Well, it's apt that March 1st is "World Civil Defense Day".
Interesting as it's also the day the US tested out Castle Bravo - a 15MT H-bomb.
Speaking of a bomb... Canada's Justin Bieber celebrates his 28th birthday today.
Today is World Day for Audiovisual Heritage.
I was first introduced to Monty Python via listening to the radio broadcasts and was hooked. It was funny.
One of the troupe is funny man, John Cleese, who is turning 82 today.
I bet the Python crew tended to do their best writing over a pint. And what better day to celebrate that than with the States' National American Beer Day.
I've been back at the ofice for a little bit now, and enjoying my bike rides in. Biking lets me get some exercise in and indulge in some vices. One of which, just could be beer.
I almost missed this - apparently it's not listed anywhere except this US site - today is 'Canadian Beer Day'.
Well, last week it was confirmed our new Prime Minister was the same as our old Prime Minister, which is Justin Trudeau. Justin is the son of another famous Prime Minister, Mr "You Just Watch Me" Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
Trudeaumania was a real thing back in the day, and the world lost PET on this day in 2000.
When someone passes away, sometimes they hold a wake, a way to remember the good times and enjoy the life that was had, and well... sometimes have a drink. Which is fine as it's also National Drink Beer Day (in the US, I can't find record of it for Canada).
Drinking a few tends to lead to a few philosophical questions - and I just love shows like "Drunk History". Which is probably why it's also Ask A Stupid Question Day.
It may start to feel like fall is in the air... the temperatures are just not as warm, but there is still plenty of 'blue skies' out there, and it's the UN recognized "International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies"
Nothing wrong with that.
And what better to enjoy that blue sky than sitting out on a patio or laying in a hammock and enjoying a nice beer.
It's National Beer Lovers Day!
Bottoms up!
The first Friday in August is apparently always International Beer Day.
