I heard a line once - before memes, we just shouted Chappelle quotes to each other.
Truer words were never spoken. I remember when it was out and friends who'd watch it before others and say lines and you'd have to wait to catch the episode on rerun in order to get it.
It's that m-f'er's birfday. He's 48 today.
